Augmented reality (AR) is a Branch of XR Technology! Extended Reality (XR) is an umbrella term encapsulating Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), and everything in between.

AR is an interactive experience of a real-world environment where the objects that reside in the real world are enhanced by computer-generated perceptual information.

VR is the use of computer technology to create a simulated environment. It provides complete immersion and creates a sense of physical presence in real or imagined worlds.
